Because we have a large highly experienced team, we can schedule many appointments in one day. Therefore we are typically scheduled out about 2 days.

Our shooting days are Monday - Saturday 8am to 5pm, Sunday is available upon request but it does incur a sur-charge of $25.

You may opt to not be at the appointment, or attend the appointment if you'd like. We recommend using our Pre-Shoot Checklist a day before the appointment if you are not attending.

Generally it will be about 30-40 Minutes per floor, per service. Each of our appointments have a structured time built into them to suffice enough time to capture the listing. Estimates of time only, each property may vary on time: Photos only 30-60 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft. Video and Photos 60-90 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft. All In One Package 90-120 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft.

Yes, please send lockbox codes or 1 day codes, 24 hours before the appointment to avoid entry delays.
