Standard Cancelation/Reschedule Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your photography appointment with us. We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can continue to provide our services in a timely and efficient manner.
If you need to Cancel/Reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require at least 24 hours' notice. You can cancel by calling, emailing, or texting us. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $45. This fee is non-refundable, will be charged to your account, and must be paid before delivery of your next project.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Inclement Weather Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy
We understand that inclement weather can impact your photography session. We make every effort to capture your photos in the best possible conditions, but we cannot control the weather. However, we would like to note that if it is NOT actively raining or snowing, we can capture the photography and edit in clear skies and good lighting.
If the weather forecast indicates rain or snow for the day of your appointment, we count on you to make a determination whether or not to cancel/reschedule 24 hours’ in advance. We will monitor the weather closely during all appointments.
Weather changes quickly, we offer a limited window for cancellations due to inclement weather. If you determine that the weather conditions are not suitable for capturing your photos, the day of your appointment, you can contact us to cancel up to 2 hours in before the appointment, to inform us of the cancellation or rescheduling and not avoid a free, otherwise we will assume our appointment is still in place. If you do not receive a cancellation notification from us, please assume that your appointment is still scheduled. Any appointment not canceled during the inclement weather window will incur a $45 cancelation fee.
If you choose not to cancel your appointment, please understand that we will capture your photos in the prevailing weather conditions. We will make every effort to capture your photos in the best possible light, but we cannot guarantee ideal conditions during rain or snow. Any reshoots due to prevailing weather conditions will incur additional charges.
Severe Weather Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy
In the event of Severe weather conditions, determined by official news communications, we prioritize the safety of our clients and staff. If we determine that weather conditions are hazardous or unsafe, we may need to cancel or reschedule appointments.
These conditions can include, but are not limited to Tornado Watches, Flooding, Thunderstorms, Blizzards, Extreme Cold or Heat.
We will make every effort to contact you via phone, email, or text message to inform you of the cancellation or rescheduling. If we cancel your appointment due to severe weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge or receive a full refund. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time and date.
If you do not receive a cancellation notification from us, please assume that your appointment is still scheduled. If you choose to cancel your appointment due to official severe and dangerous weather, the day of your appointment, you can contact us to cancel up to 1 hour before the appointment

Cancellation Policy due to COVID-19
If you need to cancel your appointment due to COVID-19, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. You can cancel by calling, emailing, or texting us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
If you are feeling unwell, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, AND we cannot complete the appointment WITHOUT YOU or any SICK PARTIES we ask that you please cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. If you cancel due to COVID-19, our standard cancellation policy will not apply and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Non appointment holder Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we would like to emphasize that if a third party such as tenants or owners cancels the appointment, without 24 hours, we will still need to charge a cancellation fee of $45.
To avoid the cancellation fee, it is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure that all parties involved are aware of the appointment and are available to meet us on the scheduled date and time. This includes tenants, owners, and any other relevant parties.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. The booking party is responsible for ensuring that all parties involved are aware of the changes to the appointment. If a third party cancels the appointment without notifying the booking party, the cancellation fee will still apply.
